DaDaDecor Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing DaDaDecor. We are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. If you encounter any issues with your order, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return and exchange process.

📦 Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the day after receiving your product. Returned items must be:

  • In new, unused condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by photo or video proof

Note: Installed products cannot be returned.

🔧 After-Sales Guarantee

We offer 2 years of after-sales support from the date you receive your product, covering defects and functional issues.

✅ Return Scenarios & Policies

🛠 Quality Issues (Manufacturer Defect / Shipping Damage)

If the product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Submit photos/videos showing the damage or defect.
  • We will offer:
    • A 100% refund
    • Plus the return shipping cost

If small parts are missing or damaged during transit, we will send replacements free of charge.

🚫 Non-Quality Related Returns (Personal Reasons)

We accept returns for personal reasons such as:

  • Changed your mind
  • Ordered the wrong size/model
  • Insufficient installation space
  • No longer needed

In these cases:

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted
  • The original shipping fee will be deducted
  • You are responsible for return shipping to our designated address

💡 Example:
Order total: $600
You pay $100 return shipping.
We deduct $120 (restocking) + $180 (original shipping).
Refund issued: $300

🚫 Custom-Made Products

Custom orders cannot be returned or canceled once production has started. We confirm all specifications with you before shipment via photos/videos.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

📦 How to Return

  1. Initiate Request
    Reply to your order confirmation email or contact us:

    Include order number, product name/SKU, reason, and refund/replacement preference.
  2. Package the Item
    Ensure item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  3. Ship & Provide Proof
    Use a trackable, insured shipping method.
    Share tracking number, package photos, and receipt with our team.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds issued within 10 business days after inspection
  • Processed to your original payment method
  • Bank processing may take 7–10 business days

⚠ Note: Used/damaged items may not qualify for refund.

❌ Order Cancellation

Standard Products

  • Within 24 hrs of order: ✅ Free
  • Before shipment: 10% processing fee
  • In transit: 20% restocking/interception fee
  • After shipment & tracking: ❌ Cannot be canceled

Custom Products: ❌ Cannot be canceled once in production.
